Time to relax, de-stress and allow your body time to find its natural state of balance

Reflexology is a holistic, natural and non invasive complementary therapy which will calm and de-stress all your systems in your body which will encourage your body to restore its natural state of balance. This deeply relaxing therapy will help alleviate the symptoms around any issues you may be suffering with and help calm the mind allowing you to think more clearly.

I am passionate about reflexology, it is something which is ever evolving. There is always something to learn as everyone who receives it will experience something unique to them. Working the reflexes, whether it be on the feet, face or hands, you are working with the client's energy, which is such a privilage. Knowing I can help improve the state of their energy and therefore their state of well- being is infectious.

My primary intention is about helping people to feel better within themselves; to be less stressed in their daily lives. I believe in the holistic approach to well being, that you need to be aware of what you put in and on your body has a direct impact on your state of health. There are no guarantees but if you would like to try reflexology for yourself, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist living in Welwyn, Hertfordshire. I trained with Louise Keet at the prestigious London School of Reflexology graduating with an ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology.

I have undertaken further post graduate training in Precision Reflexology and hand reflexology and have completed additional training in supporting conception and maternity. I can now offer the wonderful therapy of Facial Reflexology after completing training with Ziggie Bergman who developed this method of facial reflexology.

I am committed to continuing my professional development in order to give my clients the best possible treatment. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) which ensures I am governed by a strict code of practice and ethics and entitles me to place MAR after my name.

I have worked (until recently) as a volunteer reflexologist with the Disability foundation (TDF) based at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH),Stanmore which gave me the opportunity to work with a variety of clients whether they were recovering from an illness, living with a disability or a carer who needed some respite.
